LUSH Rosy Cheeks fresh face mask
Face masks have become my favourite over the past year or so, but I had only tried face masks from Superdrug. I've heard really good things about LUSH's face masks, so since I was buying from their website anyway, I decided to buy one. I decided to go with Rosy Cheeks after hearing some good things about it.
"Find the happiness you seek by cleansing cheek to cheek with this gorgeously soothing fresh mask. A simple blend of kaolin, calamine and Turkish rose oil to delicately calm the skin and restore balance. Whether you're feeling hot and bothered or just fancy showering your complexion with roses, cleansing calamine and kaolin will gently remove dirt while exquisite rose oil nourishes and tones your face."
This product was £7.50. A little goes a long way, so you don't need to use too much of it, which means it'll last you a little while. I did only get two weeks out of this face mask because it arrived two weeks before the expiry date. It said it was made in June, so I was a little annoyed about that. It is a fresh face mask, so I know its not going to last ages, however it would've been nice to get a longer use out of it.
Anyway, the face mask itself is really good. It has quite a nice scent, I don't know how to describe it, but I like it. The formula isn't thick, but its not thin either. Its kind of in between, but I do like the formula. This is so easy to apply. It goes on nice and smoothly. You can leave it on for 10-15 minutes and what I like about this is that it isn't uncomfortable unlike some other face masks I've tried. Other face masks I've used start to feel uncomfortable for around 10 minutes and tend to irritate my face, but this doesn't whatsoever. I leave it on for 15 minutes and then remove it.
Its extremely easy to wash off and it leaves my face feeling cleansed, fresh and very soft. It works very very well and I'm really impressed with it.
Overall I love this mask and I really want to try more. I really enjoyed using this face mask and theres quite a few from LUSH that I'd like to try.
Have you tried LUSH's face masks? If so, whats your favourite?
